Snack: Added a Powerbar

Dinner:
Late night at work caused not a great dinner.
Dry barbecue sandwich
Small bowl of Grape Nuts with Fat Free Milk sweetened with Splenda

Why We're Here

Dean and I have been happily married for the past 12 years.  We seriously want to get healthier.  Losing some weight would be a wonderful side effect.  We have dieted several times before, but never stayed with it long enough to see great results.  Our biggest issue, other than our sedentary lifestyle is portion control.  We are working on changing both right now.

Anyone coming to visit our site, please come back soon.  We're just getting it up and running and there's not much to see.
